I thought I took a before picture of her.
I was mistaken.
For those of you who haven't seen this doll in her original incarnation click here. :)
A little less photo flair.
To the side....flair back on. ;)
Up close and personal.
And Bam! ;)
I thought she would look good as a red head. Something about her understated facial screening made me see her as a flower child/bohemian beauty.
She was completed a few months ago and is now on her way to her new home.
Thank you all for your continued encouragement and support!
It is seriously 70% of my life force right now.

She looks great. I always thought she was a pretty doll when she came out. She is a perfect red head.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much Brini! It took me awhile to decide which color I wanted for her. She really has one of those faces that could pull off quite a few colors. :)
DeleteShe has a Jennifer Aniston Girl next door look now. I like it!
ReplyDeleteThank you!!! (^_^) She does!! Good eye! ;)
DeleteShe looks amazing! You did a great job. Love that dress on her too; it's fashion fever, I think?

DeleteShe is beautiful! It is amazing what a hair color change can do for a doll. She looks like a whole different person! You do such a wonderful job on your reroots! I have only rerooted one doll in my life, but I may try again now that I have retired.
ReplyDeleteThank you Phyllis!!! <3 Oh you have got to give it a try!!! ^_^ And once you're done, you must share the results!!

DeleteDid you write a post about the first Katniss having a glue-filled head? If so, could I post that url to my Pinterest board? Thanks ;-)
ReplyDeleteI don't think I made an entire post about it, but I did make light of it through the story arc of 1/6 Cat having s needle stuck in her head. lol You are more than welcome to pin any of those photos to your Pinterest board. (^_^) The saga of the needle begins at the end of Episode 2.
DeleteAha! I thought you'd mentioned it - lol. Thanks for the permission ;-)
