He's one hell of an assistant!

I am ever so pleased to present Sebastian Michaelis of Black Butler fame.
For those of you who have not seen the anime I am referring to, he is one of my favorite characters.
^_^

He has been a 2 year project, but he was worth the wait.
Sebastian's re-paint was done by the talented Joey Versaw of Mary Magpie dolls.
I re-rooted him, and then gave him a cut/style using premium black nylon hair I purchased
Sebastian has been dressed in random pieces of Ken clothes I've acquired along the way.
(^_^)

It is here that I should note he started out as a Legolas Ken doll.
His metamorphosis can be seen in the photo below.

I have special plans for this new member of my 1/6 crew.
Some hints await you in the following photos...

Such a curious first meeting...

A most alarming chemistry between them....

Not romantic, as one might assume...

 An agreement. A contract perhaps?

Did I mention our dear Sebastian has only one weakness?
He loves cats. ;)

I hope everyone is enjoying the changing of seasons in preparation for the new year.
And if not, I hope you're staying warm, or cool depending on where you are in the world. <3

*+*Cat*+*
(And you know...the rest of them.)

    1. Thank you Linda! :) I thought his love of cats was cute, because his character in the show seems pretty indifferent to any other living thing. lol There will be more on the agreement... ;)

  2. The Anime explains him for me. I could see there was something cartoonish about his eyes when I first saw him on Flickr and I couldn't figure out why. Now I have to look up Black Butker. And I am trying to figure the instant yet non-romantic attraction. What a teaser.

I think they look cute together and I love the shine to his hair.

    1. Thank you Janainah! ^_^ The nylon I used was really shiny. I really wanted him to capture the essence of the anime form using a Ken as the base. I'm super happy with him. <3 And I'm looking forward to showing the meaning behind the chemistry. ;)

  4. I don't know much about anime, but I LOVE his look! His transformation is astonishing! Her dress is from the w club-ashton drake vampire Countess isn't it? I always liked that doll, she's on my bucket list to get.lol.

    1. Thank you Lisa! <3 That is exactly where the dress is from. ^_^ I never owned the doll but was fortunate to find the dress for a good price. A definite favorite! I hope you get yours one day. ^_^

  7. OMG, I actually am familiar with this character. My daughter and her friend does a lot of cosplay and they have dressed up as Sebastian and Ciel of Black Butler fame for more than one anime convention. I helped them make their costumes! I can hardly believe that he started out as the Legolas Ken. Quite a transformation.

  8. That is certainly a metamorphosis. And I'm glad he likes cats. As for the weather, it's easy to stay warm at the moment. My problem will probably be keeping cool in the next few months.

    1. Thank you. :) I certainly hope you find ways to stay cool. <3 Our weather is a mess right now, and I don't think it will be leveling out. El Niño....yay. ;)
