I took the plunge...

that's right....my very first full facial re-paint. Oddly enough, it was done on a Monster High Doll. I admire them but I don't collect them. It's tempting, but still I resist.  This was done for a commission, and they love what I did! (^_^)

She started her journey looking like this... (the only in progress shot I took)..

So this is originally a Cleo De Nile doll, and he wanted her  to have the powdered make-up reminiscent of the Victorian era of decadence and royalty. But, it needed to look worn and aged/faded. I love a challenge.

And the next picture displays the make-up looking aged and worn...
I had to use the flash to capture it...

I want to thank Chynadoll for the awesome paints that helped make this possible.
(^_^)

So, what do you guys and gals think? Should I throw in the paint brush, or keep painting?
